Pastor Garner is married to Jeana and father to Brianna, Jacob, Leah, and Rachel. He was saved at the age 12 and surrendered to preach at the age of 21. He graduated from Southeastern FWB College in 2015. He is privileged to serve at Emmanuel since September 2019.
